Louis Loizou and Gerry Sands are the dynamic partners behind ODOS Mediterranean Kitchen, bringing their shared passion for authentic Mediterranean cuisine and hospitality to life.
Founder Louis Loizou, with over 30 years of owning restaurant’s, infuses the restaurant with a rich cultural heritage and a focus on the very best customer service and operations.
His partner and Chef Gerry Sands' has extensive experience in the kitchen, having trained at the Corinthia Hotel in London and then at Michelin restaurant The Samuel in Copenhagen.
Together, they have created a warm, inviting atmosphere at ODOS, blending traditional recipes with modern techniques. Their partnership reflects a commitment to excellence, offering diners a genuine Mediterranean dining experience.
